[vtkusers] compile VTK with msys + mingw

Dear All,

I have a problem when trying to compile the VTK (4.4)
with mingw and msys (latest version). I open
an msys terminal, start 'cmakesetup' (version 2 patch 5)
and select the Unix Makefiles build.
During configuring, I always get an error
'LOAD_COMMAND Attempt to load command failed from
file: cmVTK_WRAP_TCL2.dll'. The system I use is a
dual AMD opteron with XP SP2.
Any help appreciated.
