[vtkusers] include path

Hello, all.
I started playing with vtk and wonder how to set up path to vtk include files.
With a strong design for vtk automatic build for different platforms its looks ridiculous to manually remap
include .h files in demo .cxx (ex medical1.cxx). Especially if most .h seats in different folders.
Am I missing some magic settings here?
