Hi Justin,

Assuming your vtk data file contains polygonal data, do the following.

vtkPolyDataReader *reader = vtkPolyDataReader::New();
reader->SetFileName("foo.vtk");

vtkSTLWriter *writer = vtkSTLWriter::New();
writer->SetFileName("foo.stl");
writer->Write();

reader->Delete();
writer->Delete();
