Dear Colleagues,
I use the vtkVolume16Reader to read in medical CT-scans in DICOM format 
into a 3D-volume. It works fine, until the slices are perpendicular to 
axis of the body. If they have been taken at an angle (tilt of the 
gantry during the CT-scan), the resulting 3D-volume is deformed. Is 
there a way to correct this (pile the slices along an inclined axis) in 
the vtkVolume16Reader, or in any other vtk classes, that could be used 
for the purpose?
