[vtkusers] Install procedure

Hi,

 

Which is the exact procedure to install vtk bus after one month of test I
did not arrive yet there. I wish installed Vtk for Java or C++ ?

I have vtk 4.4 on CD provided with VTK User' S Guide, of the versions
available on the Net, Visual Studio 6.0, CMake, Eclipse for Java.
