[vtkusers] help required regarding installing the examples on visual studio 6

Hi ,

   I just joined the group today . I have downloaded vtk4.2 zip file and I
have run through the steps to install it on my Windows 2000 machine .
I am able to create a library but unfortunately the examples are not getting
installed even after keeping the build_examples option on while
using cmakesetup . I would really appreciate it if somebody could help for
the same  .
