[vtkusers] Installation error

I have just downloaded the VTK software but I cannot get it to compile.  When I
build the ALL_BUILD in VC++, I get a fatal error LNK1104: saying it cannot open
python.lib.  When I open the directory where the file is supposed to be, it is 
not there.  Can I just put a copy of python.lib there?  It is supposed to be in
the VTK_BUILD\Wrapping\ folder where VTK_BUILD is my destination folder from
CMake.
