[vtkusers] Interaction with polydata....

Hi vtkusers !!
 I'm a new user of vtk and have some questions... 
 In my application, I need to make an interaction between mouse (user) and 
the polydata. 
The idea is that the user, through mouse, can manipulate the polydata.
i.e. when click, will be able to modify the coordinates of its points.
 Somebody can help me to make this?
