[vtkusers] why I can't use vtkmarcingcubes?

vtkMarchingCubes is in the Patented directory, which is not built by 
default.  To use vtkMarchingCubes, you must build VTK from source and set 
VTK_USE_PATENTED to ON when you run CMake.
