[vtkusers] Different colors for border and the inside area of Polygon

Hello,
  Is there a way that the border of the polygon can be colored
differently from the the color of polygon ??  I am currently using
vtkAcotr->GetProperty()->SetColor(0,1,2); 
for coloring the polygon but uptill now havent found a way to just
color the outside border of a polygon. Any help would be highly
apreciatied.
