[vtkusers] Molecular vis on VTK...

I have been looking at the examples under IO/Testing for molecular 
modeling. I was wondering if there is anyone in the vtk community who 
has been working with any other file formats, GenBank, Blast, or FASTA? 
And would like to share their work? I would be interested in any work on 
Gene expressions.
