vtkStructuredPointsToPolyDataFilter is an abstract class; you cannot 
create an instance of it.  Instead you might try 
vtkImageToPolyDataFilter, vtkImageDataGeometryFilter, or one of the 
contour filters (e.g., vtkContourFilter).
