[vtkusers] vtkVolumeTextureMapper3D and offscreen rendering

I just switched to using 3d texture mapping for volumes, and now i am unable 
to do offscreen rendering, but the onscreen works very well.  Is it possible 
to have offscreen rendering using 3d texture mapping.
