[vtkusers] A PROBLEM

Hi friends, I have some questions: 
 
1, I want to generate a surface based on several points
 
2, I want to generate a surface based on several independent lines, 
 
What class of vtk can do these? 
 
While telling me the answer, would you please give me some simple examples? Thanks!
