[vtkusers] how to extract a unstructured grid from another with list of picked cells

I can extract a unstructured grid from another one with setCellMaximum etc.
but I'm interesting in dispalying a list of picked cells with another grid .

Is this possible or do I have to extract cell by cell from the grid and
build another one ?
