This is not the mailing list of Osirix, this is the mailing list for VTK
(http://vtk.org). But as far as I know Osirix was written using Cocoa,
which is a Mac only programming environment. If the code is written to
not use Cocoa within the internals, it should be doable.

I think they use Cocoa functions within the internals, so this would be
easier to start from scratch.
