[vtkusers] support for general cell types?

Does VTK support general cell types?  By this I mean cells that have an 
arbitrary number of faces and each face has an arbitrary number of vertices.  
There can be no restriction on the geometry of such cells, for example the 
cells may not be convex. 

We have data from an in-house CFD code that uses these types of cells and am 
interested in writing a data reader.
