[vtkusers] VTI Read Whole Extent

Yup, again I just wasn't looking deep enough into the Doxygen. The
lines:

reader->UpdateInformation();
int * extent = reader->GetOutput()->GetWholeExtent();

work just fine. I just didn't dig all the way back to vtkDataObject to
find the GetWholeExtent functions.
