For rendering of ur MRI in black and white with 200 scalar values

Hi everyone, 

 

I am trying to use vtkLookupTable for viewing an MRI scan. My voxel
scalar values range from 0 to 200, and I want the rendering to be black
and white. What values do I use for the vtkLookupTable functions:
SetTableRange(x, y), SetValueRange(x, y) etc. ? 

 

Any help will be appreciated.
