[vtkusers] vtkImagePlaneWidget problem in C++ Builder

Hi Santiago,

1) look in VTK/Hybrid: are these files part of that 
release of VTK?
2) if not, download and compile the newest release
or CVS checkout, vtkImagePlaneWidget is now in
a new directory: VTK/Widgets
