[vtkusers] HELP: how to change the orientation of a cube?

Hi all-

I am a newbie in vtk and really need your kind help. My question is:

Is that possible to change the orientation of a cube generated by 
vtkCubeSource? Or are there other ways to do the same thing? Before using 
vtkCubeSource to generate a cube, could we change the coordinate system on 
which the cube is based? (so we can change the orientation and position of 
the coordinate system in order to change those for the cube)
