[vtkusers] Dark image on laptop

Hi list,

I'm having a problem with the vtk rendering on a laptop: the image appears
much darker then it should be. Attached are two images, ok.png showing how
the model looks like on my desktop computer, and wrong.png showing how it
gets rendered in the laptop. The laptop video card is an ATI Mobility FireGL
V3200. Does anyone have an idea of what the problem is?
