[vtkusers] Invalid index for GetWindowLongPtr in vtkWin32RenderWindowInteractor ? (x64)

Hello John,

yes - i saw this post  ( 
http://public.kitware.com/pipermail/vtkusers/2006-May/085193.html ).

The suggested Changes from Jeremys post doesnt cover all of the issue. 
Its correct to made the changes to keep x64 compatibility. What i found 
were some little slips of the pen where the indices where hardcoded with 
an invalid code instead of using the #defines. And after that - my 
problem that vtkRenderWindowInteractor seemes not to work under x64 is 
still alive.

To be honest i am not sure whats the right way. Throw another bug report ?

PS: after some consideration i saw that´s probably the right way to 
throw such another bug report as there are remaining issues after all - 
thank you for your reminder.
