[vtkusers] closing holes in a mesh

Hi all -

i'm generating meshes with vtkMarchingCubes from segmentations in a 
CT-volume. it happens that the segmentation results are not consistent - 
so there are holes in the meshes generated by vtkMarchingCubes. Is it 
possible to close holes in a mesh? Are there classes available for this 
task?
