[vtkusers] Callbacks for vtkImageImport - Example request

Hi,

I was not able to find any examples to see how callbacks work in 
vtkImageImport. Actually, I do not understand whether the developers of this 
class ever tested the many callbacks implemented in it or not. If they have 
tested it, why the test file is not included; if they have not tested it, is 
it trustable?

Could someone provide a simple example of how BufferPointerCallback works in 
vtkImageImport.
