[vtkusers] Volume Rendering Structured Grids

Hi Alark,

VTK supports volume rendering for vtkImageData (see subclasses of 
vtkVolumeMapper) and vtkUnstructuredGrid (see subclasses of 
vtkUnstructuredGridVolumeMapper), not vtkStructuredGrid.
