[vtkusers] about vtkSphereSource and vtkGlyph3D

hi, guys
 
There are always a lot of questions. sorry to disturb anybody who is not interested at this question.
 
I want to display a point cloud. I use vtkSphereSource and vtkGlyph3D to display each point as a small sphere.
 
but i don't know why spheres in my result have different size, some is big and some is small? 
 
could somebody tell me what is the reason?
