[vtkusers] add thickness to a line

hi here is my program in the atached file.
it suposed to plot line beween given points and add thickness to them...sing vtktubefilter but vtktubefilter is giving me a lot of trouble 
can any one help me to get my code working; that is see six lines with thickness?
