[vtkusers] How to use vtkAVIWriter?

Hello,

I'm trying to make a video of inside of curvy tube expressed by
example Medical1.cxx.
This problem may be solved by vtkAVIWriter.

But I don't know how to use vtkWriter.
In this case, do I need to set the coordinates of tube for vtkCamera
or vtkAVIWriter?
If so, please let me know the details.
Or are there the other techniques ?
