[vtkusers] vtkDecimatePro

Hello,

Could anyone tell me that vtkDecimatePro uses edge collapse or half-edge
collapse? In my trials with the algorithm I have decided that it uses edge
collapsing as it is written in the documentation. However, I could not found
how the algorithm determines the new position of the collapsed vertex.
