[vtkusers] Stipple of 3D Actors

Hello,

I am new to using vtk and would like to be able to use stipple pattern to
effect the transparency of a solid.  I have tried to use the opacity but
this does not work with other hardware that I am using.  I have found that
there is a lie stipple function, but nothing for surfaces.  Is this function
implemented elsewhere?  If not, could some one explain how I might be able
to do this?
