[vtkusers] can't find package vtk

[x0_y0_0]

 Hi,
   I choose VTK_WRAP_TC  ON,and Cmake configure ok. Also ,I add the environment  variables .
  
TCLLIBPATH=C:\Program Files\VTK\bin\Wrapping\Tcl\Release

Path=C:\Program Files\VTK\bin\bin;C:\Program Files\tcltk\bin;
 
 VTK_DATA_ROOT=C:\Program Files\VTK\VTKDATA
then ,I click cone.tcl.It still show "can't find package vtk".Could some one help me?thanks.
