[vtkusers] merge different polydata mesh

Using append filters no merging of the points and cells are made.

 

Is there an easy way to merge 2 polydata mesh in one mesh?

 

Selecting boundary cells and points and merging one by one with a locator
could be a doable strategy?

 

Someone had this problem in the past?  and retrieve a easy solution or
strategy?
