[vtkusers] DICOM using VTK

hello... I'am newbie on VTK. 
I have try it using dicom2 to convert into raw files, but I haven't idea how to made it become 3D visualization with VTK using C++ language.
anybody know how to read dicom files on VTK and represent this into 3D visualization???
