 Could you tell me please, where I can find vtkShaderProgram and vtkShader classes? 
There are no these classes in VTK 5.0.1 and newest version VTK 5.0.4.
Should I set some parameters in CMake?

VTK supports GLSL shader program, and I think CG shaders as well. Look
