[vtkusers] Build issues on OS-X

Hi all,

I'm trying to build VTK 5.0.4 on OS-X 10.4.11-PPC

I can't get past the first cmake step:

CMake Error: Error in cmake code at
/Users/cbarker/Download/VTK/VTK/CMakeLists.txt:571:
INCLUDE Could not find include file: 
/Users/cbarker/Download/VTK/VTK/CMake/vtkTestExplicitInstantiation.cmake

and lots others.

Indeed that file isn't there, but this one is:

/Users/cbarker/Download/VTK/VTK/CMake/vtkTestExplicitInstantiation.cm

(note: *.cm, instead of *.cmake)

$ cmake --version
cmake version 2.4-patch 8

what's wrong here???
