[vtkusers] numpy_support module not built by default

Hello,

I was looking at the VTK python wrappers and noticed that in the  
vtk.util package the module numpy_support is in the source directory,  
but is not included in the Wrapping/Python/CMakeLists.txt file to be  
built along with with the rest of the vtk.util package.

Is there a reason it's been left out? (e.g. it's not good to use any  
more or its functions have been placed within another module now?)
