[vtkusers] using vtkMeshQuality to improve the mesh

Hello,

I use vtkQuadricDecimation to decimate my polydata-mesh. On using vtkMeshQ.
on that I could get the mesh-quality, but how can I use the result of that
class to improve the mesh?
