[vtkusers] vtk in a vc++ Dialog

Hi,

I'm using vtk for visualization in vc++6.0. I would like to  have VTK render
inside a custom dialog control instead of in its own window. I found
somebody have solved it, but can't find the source code. Can anybody help
me?
