[vtkusers] Changing RenderWindowInteractor to Rotate- only.

Hi!
 
I have a traffic-road modelled in the VTK and want to add a north-Arrow. I think of it in a separate Rendering window in the lower left border of the screen and I don`t know how to manage the rotation of it. It has to rotate with the main renderer(the traffic-road) but of course the arrow mustnt be zoomable nor moveable.
