[vtkusers] Composite Data

I have a data file, that contains multiple radial images.   I will need to
present one of them at a time, in proper spatial location, and present all
the outlines.  Should I write my reader as a CompositeDataSet algorithm? Can
I write it such that only the parts updated are loaded?
