[vtkusers] reading vectors in unstructured grids

Hello to All,

I have to read a vtk unstructured grid.
the file format is vtk DataFile version 2.0, and I am using vtk 5.1.

the problem is that vtkUnstrucuredGridReader doesn't read the vectors
of the dataset.
ParaView 3.2.1 reads them correctly...
I checked also in the sources, and vtk5.1 uses the same reader (same
version) of paraview3.2.1,
but my vtk application doesn't read vectors, while paraview does!


Why?
Any hint?
