[vtkusers] Successfully 3D came in vtk

Hi all,
especially Mathieu, Dominik,Bryn,
     thanks for you wonderfull support,
After a fight back , my application read dicom series file and converted
into .raw and then finally with .vtk  (3D) is done with your extreame
support.
