[vtkusers] vtk installation

I have serious problem instaling vtk with cmake and microsoft visual studio
in windows operating system. while I push configurate button on cmake ,
program begin to configurate and write "missing: PYTHON_EXECUTABLE" than I
push generate button but my headers and lib files do not form. I dont know
how I deal with this problem. please show me the way  to instal vtk with
cmake and mic. visual studio.
