[vtkusers] vtkImageViewer2 Bug?

Hi all,

vtkImageViewer2 does not work properly with all dimension of the image
especially in the sagittal orientation.

Does it requires input to be in specific dimension or is it a bug?

I have seen other reports of this problem.
