[vtkusers] RubberBand2d keyboard pan?

Hello,

When I'm using my laptop (MacBook) for experimenting with infovis apps  
I'm having trouble figuring out how to pan around my scene. I think  
the vtkGraphLayoutView uses the vtkInteractorStyleRubberBand2D. With  
that interactor is there any way to pan the camera without a middle  
mouse button, like with a keyboard press along with the left or right  
mouse button? I'm having trouble finding anything.
