[vtkusers] Rotating the plane widget about an fixed axis

Hi All,
I was looking for  a way to ³lock² the rotations of the implicit plane
widget about a fixed axis, for instance the Cartesian z axis.
Is there an easy way to do this maybe some key combo already built in that
I¹ve overlooked?
