[vtkusers] recent change in vtkImageViewer2 in cvs

Hi Clint,

Sorry. The problem was due to a mistake on my side. I was not calling  
"viewer->Render()" before calling  "viewer->GetRenderer()- 
 >ResetCamera()". I did not show this code in order to keep my post  
short. )-:

Obviously the Render() is needed to correctly update the pipeline in  
order to reset the camera.
Now it works fine.
