[vtkusers] vtkScalarBarActor label positions

Hi,

When using a vtkScalarBarActor in horizontal layout, the labels extend 
past the bounds defined by the scalar bar's Position and Width.
The overhang amount depends on the LabelFormat - more digits result in 
more of an overhang. The aspect ratio of the viewport seems to play a 
role, too.   Is there a way to predict/calculate how much the labels 
will extend to the left and to the right?
