[vtkusers] FileLowerLeft for vtkXXXReader, vtkXXXWriter?

Hi!

Only aware users should play with  SetFileLowerLeft( ) to ask vtk to 
read his images upside-down or not.

I'm wondering why an aware user cannot choose how he wants his images to 
be written on disc.
(no  vtkSetMacro(FileLowerLeft, int) for vtk writters; FileLowerLeft is 
hard codded with the writters)

Did I miss anything ?
